Colours of courage trust
Trail is an initiative in conjunction with the Colours of Courage Trust. All funds generated from Trail will be channeled through the Trust to fund the construction of our hospitals.
The Colours of Courage Trust was founded in 2008 as a means of addressing the needs of the National Cancer Institute in Maharagama. Until the founding of the Tellippalai Trail Cancer Hospital, the National Cancer Institute treated patients in the thousands daily as it was the only dedicated public cancer care institute in the country.
In addition to projects like Trail, the Colours of Courage Trust works to continuously upgrade the facilities of the National Cancer Institute in terms of machinery, buildings, maintenance. Additionally, the Trust also promotes cancer research. The Colours of Courage Trust is established through a guarantee company, which ensures its perpetuity and also allows for better transparency and accountability.
