- Please re-try. Use the latest version of Google Chrome (www.google.com/chrome) on your computer. Ensure you type in your Credit Card Details correctly at each step.
- If the screen goes blank during donation Do Not go Back or click Refresh, please wait for the Confirmation Screen. The process slows down at times due to heavy traffic on the website – we would appreciate your patience at such moments.
- Ensure your card has authorization to Donate Online. Please call your bank to verify before you donate online.
- If your donation value is more than 50% of your Credit Limit, please get authorization from your bank first.
- If the Donate option does not work for you, try the Give2Asia donation button, which is another method to donate through. Please note: these donations take 2-5 working days to appear on a profile. If you receive an email receipt, it means everything is ok!
